TV celebrity chef Galton Blackiston is the hands-on chef and creative drive behind Morston Hall, tucked away on the North Norfolk coast. Galton and his wife Tracey have created a hotel and restaurant that has attracted a firm following of food connoisseurs, endless rosettes, a Michelin star and regular rave reviews.
Galton won through to the final in "The Great British Menu" shown on BBC 2 in the 2007 competition to cook for the Queens' birthday, and is now a star guest of several TV cooking programs.
